Lockdown League comes to a Finale

Over lockdown we knew it was getting difficult for people to stay focused so we came up with a competition. We drew our ladies into champions league style groups and set them challenges against each other. From sit ups, to plank and points were awarded 💪 there were 10 challenges in the group stages.

Top two from each group went into Quarter-finals and these were very hotly contested. The Semi-finals were just as close a tremendous effort.
Then there were 2, Caroline and Kelly. We decided to have the final at Clarendon infront of the rest, a circuit race. Caroline flew round first in an impressive time but Kelly just got home a second or two faster. A great end to a great wee competition and a bit of fun. Well done Kelly on your win and well done everyone for putting the effort in through lockdown to stay active👏

Lockdown League

With lockdown restricting us we moved our courses online.

The ladies completed fitness classes, life skills training (mental awareness workshop) and gained certificates from TAMHI. We have had some great fun out of this project and we intend to keep the classes running until lockdown is over.

Secret Santa

Thanks to clear project we were able to do a lot of work with the ladies in the local community. From fitness coaching, football coaching and life skills coaching. 22nd Ladies were able to provide the relevant coaches.
The ladies worked hard and at Christmas we were able to get back in for 2 weeks and had a secret Santa for some fun
