Keep Learning
Over the years our club has grown and part of that growth has been education.
Coaching education has had a massive impact in our club by empowering young people to lead and become role models.
Learning about mental awareness has helped remove the stigma of mental health in our club and in our community. This has helped people to be confident to talk about their problems and then signposted to were they can receive the appropriate help. Safe Talk and Assist trained volunteers in our club have been invaluable.
Learning has helped pur club achieve IFA Club mark.

Keep Learning
Over the ladies short history they have grown from nothing to a capable ladies team. Along the way we have numerous ifa qualified lady coaches.
The thirst for knowledge in the team is truly inspirational and the are learning and growing all the time.
Learning about mental awareness and raising awareness in the team and community.
Safe Talk and Assist trained volunteers in our ladies club have been invaluable helping sign post those in need to the appropriate help and support.

This week as take notice we delivered bespoke Take 5 leaflets round the area. Leaving them in shops and posting in people's letter box.
In all 2000 leaflets were handed out within our community.
